1. The named issuer: Sentinum Ltd.

Corporate information

The Bitcoin Hyper whitepaper, dated 4 May 2025 and, in the tracked version, dated 4 January 2026, names Sentinum Ltd. as the issuer. According to that same documentation, it is a company registered in the British Virgin Islands under Company Number 2182846, whose registered office is given as Quijano Chambers, P.O. Box 3159, Road Town, Tortola, Virgin Islands (British); its managing director is Agus Prabowo Saputra, with the contact address Contact@bitcoinhyper.com. This information is presented as it appears in the project's documentation and could not be independently verified against an official company register.

Registered agent

The address ‘Quijano Chambers, P.O. Box 3159’ corresponds to the offices of Quijano & Associates (BVI) Limited, a professional firm specialising in offshore corporate services. The same address appears in the Panama Papers and Paradise Papers materials published by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ Offshore Leaks Database) and is the registered address of numerous offshore entities incorporated through the same agent. This is a professional registered agent that makes a legal address available to a large number of companies; its presence, in itself, permits no conclusions about the issuer, and is likewise not proof of economic substance or of a local operating presence.

The named director

A search of independent public sources — LinkedIn, commercial registers, academic publications, code repositories and the trade press — did not return any verifiable biographical or professional information on the name Agus Prabowo Saputra beyond Bitcoin Hyper's own documentation. Independent verification of the identity and professional background of management is a standard part of issuer due-diligence and KYC procedures; in this case, on the basis of the public sources reviewed, it was not possible.

Name coincidence — clarification

The name ‘Sentinum’ is also used by other parties that have no documented connection to Bitcoin Hyper. They are listed here to prevent any possible confusion:

  • Sentinum, Inc. — a Nevada company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS), operating a Bitcoin-mining data centre in Dowagiac, Michigan. No documented corporate, contractual, technical or marketing connection with Sentinum Ltd. or with Bitcoin Hyper.
  • Sentinum GmbH — a German company active in the field of LPWAN-IoT sensors, based in the Nuremberg/Fürth area, acquired by the ifm group in May 2023. No documented connection with Bitcoin Hyper.
  • Sentinum LLC — a US entity registered by the TMR Wine Company for beverages (USPTO registration no. 97171228, class 33 — wines). No documented connection with Bitcoin Hyper.

The author has carried out documentary research into these cases of name coincidence. No documented connection has been established between Sentinum Ltd. — the entity named as the issuer of $HYPER — and these other identically named structures.

Issuer transparency — limitations

As at the date this page was updated, and on the basis of the public sources reviewed, it was not possible to establish the company's financial statements, the identity of its ultimate beneficial owners, or a public repository containing the source code of the Layer 2 rollup, of the SVM implementation described for Bitcoin Hyper, of the Canonical Bridge, or of the proof systems referred to in the public documentation. The public security audits tracked by this website relate to the token contract and its associated mechanisms; they cannot be equated with a full review of the Layer 2 architecture, the Bridge or the sequencer.

2. Regulatory warnings

The CNMV warning — 19 January 2026

The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), the Spanish authority responsible for the supervision of financial markets, on 19 January 2026, under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA / Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation), published a warning that lists the following elements associated with the project:

  • Bitcoin Hyper
  • Sentinum Ltd.
  • Bitcoinhyper Ltd.
  • The domains bitcoinhyper.com and bitcoinhyper.ltd

The warning can be read directly on the CNMV's official website, in the section relating to the entities to which the warning applies.

What the CNMV warning means — and what it does not

Inclusion on the CNMV's list of warnings means that, in the assessment of the Spanish authority and within the scope of the published warning, the named persons or domains are not among the entities to which the CNMV has granted authorisation to provide the relevant services in Spain. This warning is not, in itself, a finding of fraud or a sanction. Nor, without further analysis, does it make it possible to establish which law applies to the transaction in question, or whether authorisation might exist in some other jurisdiction. It is, nonetheless, important regulatory information that an investor should study and verify before any transaction.

Practical consequences for the investor

The purchase of $HYPER during the presale should not be presented as a transaction that automatically falls within the protective mechanisms applicable to a duly authorised crypto-asset service provider. The level of protection depends in particular on the legal characterisation of the transaction, the service actually provided, the entity that entered into the contract, and the applicable rules. In the event of a dispute — for example, if the mainnet is not launched, if the issuer is difficult to identify or reach, in the event of token illiquidity or a disruption relating to the Canonical Bridge — the competent court and the available legal remedies must be determined on the basis of the contractual documentation and the applicable rules, in particular in the fields of consumer protection and private international law.
